Tastings
of farm products are organised for groups in the style of the “SNACKS”
which are so customary in the country. Booking required.
On these occasions, we serve the wines of our production:

Chianti Colli Senesi D.O.C.G.
- White wine I.G.T.
- Vin Santo
- Grappa
with
cold cuts prepared on the farm and sheep’s milk cheese of the Crete
Senesi, in addition to Tuscan canapés, “fett’unta” (toasted bread
with oil and garlic), vegetable soups, vegetable salads, omelettes, pasta
with season dressing, season fruit, and typical Sienese sweets.
In any case, menus should be planned
when booking.
In addition to the wines produced on the farm, guided tastings of other
important wines of this area are possible on request. They include:
Vernaccia di San Gimignano, Chianti Classico, Nobile di Montepulciano and
Brunello di Montalcino.
